O

Oak Estate Winery in Summerland is a ridiculously good time. The sunset views are incredible, and we had run of the entire winery – which we needed, with a bridal party of 12 in total! This is a big sampler, for a big day, for a big bunch of lovely people!

So we start nice and early with the details. All the light-coloured walls made for simple compositions, which I like.

Everyone was up nice and early, ready for a good time. Even the flower girl

The mornings tend to be pretty laid back. I got some candids, and concentrated on finding angles, and becoming familiar with the area. Mornings are a great time for candids as well, and sometimes with kids, you don’t have any other choice.

Downstairs, the boys were already at work. We had bow ties, suspenders, and boutineers. Quite a lot of dressing up to do!

Everyone chipped in to do their best, to make sure this man looked the best he possibly could for his big day.

And I’d say they succeeded.

Upstairs, the girls were just finishing up hair and makeup.

Then, time for the dress.

Mom helped us with the bow.

We finished up, and I think it was hit.

Especially with Dad

A quick exchange of some words before the ceremony, and we were ready.

Remember our flower girl from before? Full of energy, she came bounding down the aisle.

It was beautiful. We had clear skies, and a warm sun. The vows were heartfelt, some were wearing sunglasses to hide their tears.

And then, the kiss.

As I do, I kidnapped the bridal party for some photos right after the family photos. Take a look at this party!

The girls were an absolute vision.

The guys were guys.

Definately just a group of guys doing guy things at weddings.

Then, some time with these two. You know, the couple that can’t keep themselves from smiling.

The sun was just perfect, and the wildflowers were in full bloom.

Back at at the Oak Estate Winery, we rolled into dinner perfectly on South Africa Time. All the decorations were out and the view was, as always, just incredible.

We took a bit of time, and walked out to enjoy the views.

And of course, a photo or two in vineyards.

Back at the Oak, the dancing had just begun.

Unfortunately, this is where I’ll have to leave you. This is a large sampler, at about 90 images. Kudos to you for making it this far! The final album will be ready in about 3 weeks, I hope, and you can request to be on the guest list here.

If you’d like to save any of the images, you can long-press or right click on them, and it should be straightforward!

There are some share buttons on the side and bottom, feel free to share this with anyone who perhaps hasn’t seen it! If you’d like to follow me, feel free to add me on Instagram or Facebook!
